About Malcolm Alexander-Neal & Mac Neal LLC
I have spent more than fifteen years across accounting, financial services, and regulation, including years inside the agencies that write and enforce the rules.
At the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission I worked in the Division of Clearing and Risk on the oversight of derivatives clearing organizations under Parts 38, 39 and 40 of the Commodity Exchange Act. At the National Futures Association I examined member firms, which means I know what an examiner opens first and what documentation actually satisfies them. In the private sector, I handled derivatives and digital-asset accounting at Mizuho Securities USA. I hold an M.S. in Accounting from Wayne State University and a B.S. in Finance from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
I founded Mac Neal LLC in December 2013 to provide personalized, educational accounting services with a client-first mindset. What began as a solo venture is now a trusted, bilingual (English and Spanish) virtual firm serving individuals and businesses across all 50 states from Chicago and San Diego, offering bookkeeping, tax preparation and planning, CFO and controller services, entity formation, IRS resolution, and CFTC/NFA regulatory financial operations.

Ricardo Delgado is a detail-oriented accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and business management across both the U.S. and Mexico. As a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English, Ricardo brings a unique cross-border perspective that helps clients seamlessly navigate complex accounting and tax challenges on either side of the border.
Ricardo specializes in QuickBooks, financial statement analysis, expense control, payroll, and process optimization. Over his career, he has managed accounting operations for U.S. and Mexican companies, handled intercompany balances, overseen invoicing and collections, and implemented financial strategies to optimize business performance.
He has served in accounting roles for firms such as Integration Consulting, Unicus Developments, and NHR Inmobiliaria, where he built a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and strong client relationships. Ricardo also earned his QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification and continues to expand his expertise with ongoing professional development in data analysis and financial tools.
With a background in Contabilidad from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico City, Ricardo is committed to delivering clarity, compliance, and confidence to every client.
